DATA ENTRY CLERK – TRANSPORT

Midland Transport is currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk based at our Head Office location in Dieppe, NB. The selected candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a “Can Do” attitude.

Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

• Entry level administrative duties, primarily data entry;
• Interpret and transfer information from all sources to appropriate entry fields within the entry systems,
• Facilitate accurate delivery and billing, report errors, omissions and required updates encountered during the entry process.
• Update and maintain the work related to key performance indicators and ensure this work is produced in accordance with standard company policies and procedures;
• Organize daily tasks in an efficient manner.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum High School diploma;
• Excellent time management, communication, organization, and prioritization skills;
• Proficiency with FACTS, Imaging software (workdesk is a strong asset) MS Office suite of products, AS400/TELL;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
