ELCamp NYC INC Hiring for Online ESL Teacher at Remote Full Time

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced English teacher to join our team as an Online GK-G6 English Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students in grades K-6 through online classes. The candidate should be proficient in the use of PowerPoint and Zoom, as these will be the primary tools used to deliver the classes.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students in grades K-6
• Develop and implement age-appropriate teaching strategies and methods
• Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to aid in teaching
• Utilize Zoom to conduct online classes and effectively manage classroom time
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
• Create and grade assignments and assessments
• Attend and participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field
• Teaching certification or license is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with K-6 students
• Proficient in the use of PowerPoint and Zoom
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Set and grade Homework
