Human Resource Generalist

Responsibilities
ยท Administer compensation and benefit plans.
ยท Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
ยท Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
ยท Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
ยท Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
ยท Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
ยท Undertake tasks around performance management.
ยท Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
ยท Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
ยท Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
ยท Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits & organizing team building activities.
ยท Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
ยท Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data.
Requirements and skills
ยท Knowledge of Paychex
ยท Proven experience as an HR Generalist
ยท Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
ยท Good knowledge of Employment/Labor Laws
ยท Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g., Paychex) will be a plus.
ยท Excellent communication and people skills
ยท Aptitude in problem-solving
ยท Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
ยท BS/BA in Business or HR management
