Science Museum of Minnesota Hiring for Talent Acquisition Partner at Saint Paul, MN Full Time

Responsible for full cycle recruiting in support of organization hiring needs. Recruits to fill open job requisitions as assigned by HR leadership. Build a network of qualified candidates through sourcing, cold calling, job board usage, applicants, employees, referrals, high school & university relationships, in-person/remote job fairs, and recruiting agencies. Conduct first-round interviews with candidates either in-person, on the phone, or through video conferencing to meet the needs of the business. Facilitate, coordinate, and schedule hiring manager interviews and additional rounds of candidate meetings. This is a hybrid role with 3 days/week at the museum in St. Paul MN.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for full cycle recruiting in support of organization hiring needs.

Communicate regularly with the hiring managers regarding status of requisitions and
applicants; recruiting status to HR leadership on a regular basis.

Recruits to fill open job requisitions as assigned by Talent Acquisition leadership.

Build a network of qualified candidates through sourcing, cold calling, job board usage,
applicants, employees, referrals, high school & university relationships, in-person/remote
job fairs, and recruiting agencies.

Conduct first-round interviews with candidates either in-person, on the phone, or through
video conferencing to meet the needs of the business.

Facilitate, coordinate, and schedule hiring manager interviews and additional rounds of
candidate meetings.

Lead / facilitate intakes, candidate resume reviews, and interview
debrief meetings with a focus on supporting the museum’s mission, vision, and values.

Extend written offers to candidates and/or disposition candidates within the ATS.

Work with the HR team to help support on-boarding of new team members. Lead onboarding as backup for HR Coordinator.

May be asked to facilitate skills assessments, reference checks, or background checks.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor Degree, and, 2+ years experience in a corporate/agency recruiting role, OR,
Associates Degree, and, 3+ years experience in a corporate/agency recruiting role, OR,
High School diploma/equivalent GED, and, 4+ years experience in a corporate/agency
recruiting role

Preferred Requirements:
UKG experience

The salary range for this position is $91,200-$96,267 (USD) depending on qualifications and experience.
