Catalent Pharma Solutions is looking for a Talent Acquisition, Operations Specialist to join our growing organization and support our mission of developing, manufacturing and supplying products that help people live better, healthier lives. The Talent Acquisition, Operations Specialist will be a part of the Global Talent Acquisition Department and into the Talent Acquisition Operations team.
The TA Operations team is responsible for managing all programs, systems and processes that support the Global Talent Acquisition team. This includes but is not limited to: Recruiting Systems and Processes, Recruiting Compliance & Auditing, Vendor & Sourcing Tool Management, Talent Experience, Employee Referral Program, Mergers & Acquisitions, Metrics, Surveys & ing, Contingent Worker Program, Workforce Planning & Analytics, Knowledge Sharing, Training and Continuous Improvement Initiatives. The team’s scope and responsibilities are constantly evolving so the ideal candidate must be flexible, learn quickly and adapt to change.

The Role:
A key area of responsibility is focused on total vendor management within the global Talent Acquisition Team. This will include:
Oversee of all staffing agency and TA vendor relationships.
Execution of all contracts, invoices, purchase orders, etc.
Execute monthly global budget and forecast process.
Execute coordination of recruitment events and career fairs.
Oversee employee referral program.
Provide administrative support for our Contingent Worker Program through a central Managed Service Provider (includes helping to execute amendments and ensure job aids and training materials exist and are up to date, for internal stakeholders).
Executing day to day tasks associated with the management of specific programs.
Perform research and benchmarking analysis to provide recommendations on vendors/tools that will improve our programs and processes.
Deliver training to internal team members and new team members.
Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders which highlight progress, results or changes to any programs.
Collaborate and work with global remote teams in various time zones.
Other duties as assigned.
The Candidate:
Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years relevant working experience, required.
Must have strong experience in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. This must include the ability to perform complex data analysis on large amounts of data.
Working knowledge of global equal employment opportunity guidelines and other regulations such as OFCCP, GDPR and AODA is highly preferred.
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Recruiting Systems is highly preferred (Workday is a strongly desired)
Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition role performing full-life cycle recruiting is a plus
Must be fluent in English. The ability to speak another language (preferably Italian, Spanish, German or French) is a plus.
