FULL TIME – Location: Irving, TX –

SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is a business-minded professional and understands the importance of aligning all tactical execution to strategic objectives. This Specialist has a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and is able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Has a full understanding of Kelly-Moore’s go-to-market strategy and takes the lead on creating both social media and email campaign plans for the company’s various Consumer and Business-to-Business markets. The Specialist is responsible for daily execution, as well as all analytics and ing on the performance of these programs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, build and maintain Kelly-Moore’s social media presence across various social channels and targeting both Consumer and B2B market segments.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, display advertising campaigns.
• Measure and performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance accordingly.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Perform market analysis and research, as requested.
• Promote a positive, ethical, professional, and customer-oriented company image. Operate with a spirit of transparency and collaboration both within the Marketing team and with Marketing’s internal partners.
• Perform additional duties required by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• 2-3 years working experience in digital marketing, including direct social media experience.
• Experience in both Consumer and Business-to-Business environments is preferred.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) and setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Well-developed communication skills, including oral and written comprehension and expression, and listening skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of principles and methods for providing customer service, including assessing the customer’s need, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.

• Ability to travel overnight up to 20% of the time.
