Position Title: Analyst Talent Management

Position Location: Hershey, PA

This position can be 100% remote

Summary

The Analyst Talent Management will partner with the Talent Management team, line HR and Workforce Analytics to ensure we are driving towards the talent outcomes for the enterprise. The position s to the Senior Manager, Talent Management and is responsible for helping drive the talent agenda.

In this role you’ll:

• Perform data analysis, ing and formulate recommendations for workforce planning, talent reviews and projects
• Gather and on established metrics and leverage analytics to develop insights on talent, succession and leadership development strategies
• Provide comprehensive analytical support for the various executive talent & performance reviews e.g., collect data, prepare analysis, charts and graphs, and coordinate production of materials for discussions
• Ensure succession plans are updated; perform succession plan health analyses
• Help develop tools and resource materials to support the execution of talent management practices, and succession planning practices
• Lead projects and change management activities, including communications, to ensure effective implementation of new programs, tools and resources
• Manage our executive assessment process end-to-end, including vendor management
• Manage executive coaching engagements; Ensure strong development plans for senior leaders are in place, monitor outcomes of development programs
• Provide project management support, creating & maintaining project plans; creating project charters in partnership with other team members
• Research best practices and trends to identify opportunities to support the development and enhancement of talent management strategies and address organizational talent requirements

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent management and strategic workforce planning preferably within a global, highly matrixed organization with Senior Executive stakeholders.
• BS or BA degree, preferably with an emphasis in HR or Business.
• Strong knowledge of current market practices and trends in talent management, strategic workforce planning, and people analytics.
• Ability to translate business strategies into actionable and compelling talent development initiatives.
• A business partner mindset with the experience and confidence necessary to work with senior business leaders, HR leaders, and employees at all levels to deliver results.
• High business acumen with the ability to translate business objectives into Talent priorities.
• Strong project & program management and prioritization skills. Attention to details.
• Proficiency in data use, analytics, and Microsoft Office productivity tools
• Strong communication skills – written, oral and presentation.
• Working knowledge of SAP Success Factors – recommended but not required.
