Empire You LLC Hiring for Tax Preparer/Customer Service at Remote Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for general administrative and support services to the Empire Tax team, including processing tax returns, correspondence, and electronic filing of returns
• Assist with tax document filing including file room organization and scanning tax information into the Engagement software
• Support information requests from clients, upon request Help with other administrative work as needed
• Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.

REQUIREMENTS

• Polished professionalism including a positive attitude combined with excellent oral/written communication skills
• Ability to exercise tact, courtesy, and discretion in contacts at all levels – both within and outside the Firm
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and take ownership when dealing with support tasks
• Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines when faced with multiple/competing tasks

Plus commissions
