CRM Consultant, Sports & Entertainment Full Time

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a CRM Consultant, specializing in either Salesforce CRM or Microsoft Dynamics. We will consider qualified candidates in Canada and the USA.

The CRM Consultant will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, implement and configure Salesforce CRM and/or Dynamics CRM, implement Agilitek’s CRM-based products, and provide expert consulting services. The successful candidate will be (or will become) intimately familiar with Agilitek’s product offerings, as well as staying current on the latest capabilities of the CRM platform, to ensure that Agilitek’s clients can continue to maximize the value of their platform investments.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of one or both of: Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce.com
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead client meetings, manage client relationships, and project manage the delivery of CRM-based services engagements.
• Proven experience in working with sales and services processes within the CRM platform.
• Proven ability to deliver effective Consulting solutions, including both technical and business guidance.
• CRM Administration skills, including configuration, customization, workflow building, reporting, and user management.
• Expertise in Excel, Data Loader, Database Querying, and/or other tools for data manipulation and data imports.
• A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• A true passion for delighting your customers through technical excellence and cheerful professionalism.
• Experience in the sports and entertainment sector is strongly preferred.
