The Ship Group Logistics is one of the fastest-growing networks of Independent Freight Broker agents in the region.
We are currently looking for MOTIVATED Freight Agents with or without Experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate is passionate, persistent, and confident as it relates to building relationships
with both customers/shippers and carriers. Be your own boss, work from home and maximize
your earning potential.
As an agent, you will be responsible for maintaining an independent operation from gaining customers to booking carriers.

Requirements:
- No Experience Needed
- Sales or Logistics Experience Preferred
- Ability to Create Own Book of Business
- Handle all operations and communication with customers and carriers
- Excellent Communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and attract new prospects
- Identify and select reputable and safe carriers for freight services.
- Provide customers with shipping quotes.
- Collaborate with shippers/customers and carriers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs.
- Keep accurate records of relevant activities.
- Update customers on the status of shipments and assist with other inquiries.
- Communicate with Brokerage on booked loads
