Senior Talent Acquisition Associate

ProNexus LLC is a premier non-attest accounting, finance, and management consulting firm providing private, public, and not-for-profit clients the expertise and resources they need to succeed. ProNexus LLC was founded in Rochester, NY in 2012 by two former Big Four CPAs who believed that small and middle-market organizations were underserved in the non-attest accounting firm space.

ProNexus LLC is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate to join our firm.

Talent Acquisition

• Working in a fast-paced, creative environment, you are responsible for Identifying, recruiting, and interviewing candidates for the consulting team and retained search through a variety of sources including job boards, referrals, social media, and professional associations.
• You have support from ProNexus leadership, including Partners, to help secure candidates.
• Maintaining the Resource Planning & Scheduling matrix, collaborating with ProNexus Leadership, including Partners, and making engagement scheduling recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Client Service, and Partners to initiate recruitment strategies to target new talent.
• Maintain positive relationships with potential and current consultants and with retained search candidates.
• Be able to articulate the benefits and differentiators of ProNexus to potential consultants both verbally and in written communication.

More About You

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• You have 3-6 years of business experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition or Sales.
• You are known for your tremendous work ethic, sense of urgency, laser focus, passion, dedication, and ability to communicate effectively.
• You’re well-organized, can multitask, manage your time efficiently, and meet goals & deadlines.
• You enjoy learning and can translate that into value for prospects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,027.12 – $119,897.11 per year
