We have an immediate opening for a Spray Operator.

This is a permanent position with a minimum of 40 hours per week and group extended health benefits for you and your family will be provided after successful completion of the probation period. Regular work hours are Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Candidates must have their own transportation to the Balzac worksite.

Job Duties:

This position’s primary duty is operating industrial spray equipment and preparing pieces for spraying, grit blasting, measuring and cleaning.

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary as training will be provided.
• Candidate must be physically fit.
• Must be able to stay mentally alert while performing repetitive tasks for long periods of time.
• Possesses good hand / eye coordination.
• Possess a strong work ethic in a positive manner with a “get the job done” attitude.
