Full Job Description
We provide our clients with the deepest understanding of audiences—and we can’t do that without our Panel Recruitment and Field Operations teams. They work in-person to build important connections with current panelists, who provide the vital data that powers businesses, and recruit new panelists.
Position OverviewT
To label, insert and mail daily production jobs.
Job Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for accurately preparing and processing timely high-volume mailings.
- Will assist in accurately preparing and completing special mailings for other departments as requested.
- To provide low-level direction to employees assisting on the ink-jet systems and inserting.
- Responsibilities include being able to set up ink-jet systems and inserting machines. Ensure adjustments are correctly made for the various size and thicknesses of material used.
- Will access the correct program and files to label letters and questionnaires via the computer operating system.
- Will maintain all systems by making minor repairs and mechanical adjustments as needed.
- Responsibilities will also include pulling POR’s.
- All incentives received for a job must be verified before and accounted for after the job is complete.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
- Must have 1-2 years in a direct mail environment.
- Basic knowledge in the operation of ink-jet and inserting equipment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Windows.
- The ability to operate and maintain mailing equipment making minor repairs and adjustments.
- Must be able to follow Post Office regulations as it applies to mailing and receiving presort discounts.
- Must be a team player within the department.
- Must possess good verbal and written skills to interact with co-workers.
- Will maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift 60+ pounds.
Schedule Requirements
- Day shift 7:00am-3:30pm (Must be able to work overtime and weekends if needed)
