Your duties for this role will include:
Support in the management of the portfolio of clients
Computer skills with highly accurate data entry
Maintain and create documents and spreadsheets
Answer phone calls and customer queries
Take responsibility for a range of processing and administrative tasks
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience as a data entry operator with exceptional typing skills
Professional written and communication skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft products
To demonstrate high attention to detail
To work without direct supervision
Willingness to be adaptable, flexible and learn new skills
To work as part of a team
To be motivated and show pride in your work
To be reliable, well presented and have a positive attitude.
