Organization 03502-4, HR Solutions – Talent Acquisition (HRS TA), is currently seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join their team to help ensure every new employee’s experience at Sandia is exceptional! This role is responsible for providing front-line service to candidates, hiring managers, administrative assistants, and employees regarding hiring policies and procedures, processing hiring transactions, and additional activities related to I9 and HR records entry.
This exempt role performs repeatable work in a high volume, fast-paced environment with exceptional customer service and accuracy while meeting tight timelines. This position guides the work of other team members and s directly to the HRS TA Team Lead, providing support to customers in their moments that matter.
