Bauer is searching for an outgoing and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Major Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to active customer orders.
• Promote a “Customer Advocate” feeling inside and outside the organization.
• Entry and processing of Customer Order entry including reviewing, planning and updating forecast requirements for specified customers.
• Working directly with Production Control to establish and acknowledge delivery schedules to customers, including notification to customers of potential changes to established delivery schedules.
• Monitor Customer Service and Sales email accounts for inquiries and opportunities.

Desired Education / Experience:

• High School education and two or more years’ experience in a Customer Service role within our industry
• Experience in job cost estimating helpful
• Strong customer service orientation/understanding
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Organized
• Must demonstrate the ability to learn, utilize, and function within the ERP system
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels within the company and with customers in a professional manner
• Epicor software experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
