Job description

Hot Tubs Ottawa Inc is looking for a dynamic individual that is comfortable performing a number duties including customer service and shipping.

Tasks include but are not limited to the following;

• Answer and respond to customer sales needs by phone, email or text.
• Follow up on customer order status with vendors.
• Process customer orders for shipment within Canada and USA.
• Print daily sales receipts and cross-check with computer software to ensure accuracy
• Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs
• Track inventory and report any shortages so website can be updated
• Contact carrier and schedule shipping for each package
• Answer and respond to customer needs by phone, email or text.
• Update customer database with tracking details, delivery, and payment details.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
