Full Job Description
- Performs all office duties in the absence of the school secretary.
- Maintains confidence of the principal, building secretary, staff, and all student information.
- Coordinates daily lunch counts.
- Processes and maintains student immunization records, student attendance records, and CA-60s.
- Provides first aid and dispenses physician-approved medication to students according to policy and regulations.
- Assists with kindergarten round-up
- Assists the building administrative assistant in a variety of office tasks, including IEP scheduling and coordinating facility scheduling.
