We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join the Hotel Congress team. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the social media strategies that drive engagement, growth, and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital media, excellent communication skills, connected to the live and dance music world and has a passion for the latest trends in social media and digital advertising.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement, growth, and revenue.
Manage and execute all aspects of social media campaigns, and influencer marketing.
Work with the creative team to develop visually appealing and effective digital media content.
Analyze and on the effectiveness of digital media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure social media campaigns are integrated with other marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in digital media.

We are currently seeking an Overnight Front Desk Attendant (1am-7am.)
The Overnight Front Desk Attendant welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing method of payment. They also check out guests, preparing and explaining the bill. They are responsible for all guest related needs from check-in through check-out with proper technique and professionalism, following all directions and needs presented by the guest, or management. The Front Desk employee is the first line of service at the Hotel Congress not just for hotel guests but for all departments. The Overnight Front Desk Attendant is expected to have pervasive knowledge of all upcoming events, shows, hotel packages, merchandise and special menus.

Experience with POS and Property Management Software required.
Superior organization and guest service abilities required.
Basic computer skills including word-processing and e-mail required.
