Assistant Office Manager/Receptionist wanted for Small Veterinary (Medical) Business in eastern Loudoun County. This position is similar to restaurant management; many staff, fast paced at times, service and product matter.
You are outgoing, enjoy coaching others to succeed in the service industry; important is attention to detail. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients as well; you are a people problem solver. Added interests in the care of companion animals and the advocacy for same, is a plus. You possess a BA or BSc, or 4 years minimum in similar management; a plus is training in or certification in Human Resources. The position is FT with some weeks requiring evening hours until 7:30 pm, and ROTATING weekends Sat 8-4 pm, Sunday 12- 8 pm. Salary commensurate with experience (range 22- 25$/hr), plus benefits that include, medical, retirement, continuing education, and pet care.
