Seeking Antenna Design Engineer with 5+ years of research and development experience to contribute to and lead applied R&D and product development programs.

Requirements

• Exclusive US citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance is required
• BS, MS, Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university is required
• Prefer 10+ years of industry experience with BS or 5+ years with PhD, including antenna design experience

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Qualified Candidates will be able to:

• Perform antenna front-end design, using computational electromagnetic (CEM) tools such as CST Microwave Studio, PMM, and COMSOL
• Develop multiple input/multiple output (MIMO) antenna array front and back end hardware for use in multispectral applications
• Analyze and interpret wave propagation to include free-space and transmission line
• Perform microwave/RF system and subsystem design, test, and analysis
• Perform RF component design, including but not limited to mixers, amplifiers, and filters
• Use tools such as HFSS, SENTRi, KiCAD, SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, and Python
• Perform printed circuit board (PCB) design
• Manage antenna system schematic and layout design
• Demonstrate experience working with wireless protocols
• Analyze RCS and perform signal processing related to antennas, structures, other RF/MW applications
• Demonstrate familiarity with RF/MW testing procedures related to antenna patterns and RCS, materials, electronic systems, and EMI
