JOB DETAIL

Metro Builders, Inc is a 27 year old General Contracting company focused on Commercial Roofing, Home Additions and custom renovations. We are expanding! Corporate offices are staying in Memphis, Tn and we need some assistance with the growth. We are looking to meet a few people to find that right person for our team to fill this position. Monday thru Friday schedule

Paid time off (after 1 year of employment)

40 hours per week

Bonus available for outstanding performance

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create & update records ensuring accuracy and validity
• Make entries and update jobs in Quickbooks
• Answer phone calls, direct calls and enter customer data into Acculynx, our CRM tool
• Order material for ongoing contracting jobs and double check orders for accuracy
• Set Appointments for associates and follow up as needed
• Enter customer lead information
• Communicate with team members about ongoing jobs
• Assist with calendar scheduling
• Scan files, payments and other documentation
• Update job spreadsheets daily
• Order office supplies as needed
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues

REQUIREMENTS

• Quickbooks experience
• Accounting experience
• Phone experience preferred
• MS WORD proficient
• References and experience required
• Must want to learn, grow with the team and be a team player
• Detail oriented
• Excellent organizational skills
• Team player and motivator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour
