Les Grillades Ltd is Looking for Assistant Manager Full Time

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the manager in daily operations of the store and has the authority to act on the manager’s behalf when necessary. An ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, retail, or fast food, and is comfortable with basic office applications. Previous managerial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and emails.
• Greet customers in person.
• Answer questions about membership programs.
• Upsell products and services to current customers.
• Upgrade memberships.
• Make a note of problems with memberships so they can be fixed.
• Act as a liaison between members and staff.
• Resolve disputes between customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
