Dr C Jones Inc and Dr P Jee Inc is Looking for Medical Office Assistant Full Time

MOA sought for Psychiatric practise, working in a team based care model. High paced environment, the successful candidate will be detail oriented, efficient and enjoy working in a team . Flexibility, willingness to learn, and develop the role with new programming , and kindness are important qualities , as is a desire to be happy in the role and achieve work satisfaction . Confidentiality is essential . As we work both remotely and in the clinic, the successful applicant would need to be self directed, responsible and reliable . This role is based in the clinic .

The clinic is completely computer based with Accuro as the EMR, and Microsoft Teams as the virtual platform , the candidate must be willing to learn to use both platforms as well as potentially other programmes.

Althoughpreference will be given to experienced MOA’s, we are willing to train the right candidate. Hours are flexible between 20-24 hours / week, as is remuneration to the successful candidate. We offer RRSP matching, extended benefits, clothing allowance andpaid vacation time .
