Access Roadside Assistance is looking for a full-time permanent experienced, full-time Accounting Clerk with excellent communication and time management skills. This position performs a variety of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting duties. This position involves working in our Langley, BC location office.

A Canadian owned company, Access Roadside Assistance. Is a provider of roadside assistance to its member base and commercial clientele across Canada & the USA.

Responsibilities:

As an Accounting Clerk for Access Roadside, you will be responsible for the day to day accounting transactions. This will include processing a variety of accounts payable & accounts receivable transactions, assisting with month-end, AR Collections, bank reconciliation, data entry, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

. Fluent in Quickbooks

· 3 + years of relevant experience in full-cycle accounting;

· Intermediate Excel skills;

· Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills;

· Fluent in French would be a strong asset

· Consistently maintain a high degree of accuracy;

· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail are required;

· Good organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills;

· Accountable and dependable;

· Able to work in a team environment as well as independently;
