We are seeking a highly engaged, organized, and effective Recruiting Manager to oversee our recruitment team. Our Recruiting Manager will manage and develop a dynamic team of recruiters while driving results through designing, creating, and directing efforts to attract great talent.

What experience should you have?
* 2+ years of structured supervisory experience within a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
* Combination of relevant experience and formal education (4yr degree preferred).
* Proven track record of successfully developing and managing a team of recruiters.
* High level of comfort in a high-volume recruiting environment.
* Successful track record of direct sourcing candidates.
* A strong knowledge of, and experience with, outside recruiting resources including social recruiting.
* Expertise in working with an ATS.
* Strong project management and agency management skills.
* Outstanding networking and communication skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
* The ability to independently manage multiple competing demands and to constantly re-prioritize.
* An extremely high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
* Savvy with the latest tech and tools.
