Supreme Cuisine Hiring for Human Resources Staffing Specialist Full Time

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to hourly staffing, recruiting, and retention.
• Daily coordination of production staffing needs with supervisors.
• Recruit, screen, and interview applicants. Evaluate job skills for placement at the proper assignment.
• Present employment offers to candidates and explain benefits.
• Track and manage employee attendance and performance as part of retention improvement efforts.
• Coordinate with payroll on timecard management.
• Coach and support individuals on attendance issues, areas of work opportunities, etc.
• Check in and meet with employees to discuss their employment progression.
• Develop relationships with each employee and maintain documentation regarding initiatives.
• Plans, leads, develops, and coordinates training initiatives and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.
• Assist with coordination of employee appreciation activities.
• on Key Performance Indicators, such as employment and effectiveness, retention, engagement surveys.
• Initiates and tracks onboarding of new employees.
• Other staffing needs as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Or, at least five years of human resource recruiting experience required.
• Manufacturing / Hourly Production recruiting and retention experience preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
