Reclaim Construction Hiring for Commercial Roofing Account Manager Full Time

An individual that never gets too comfortable. Someone who won’t work anywhere that a financial cap is put in place. A type-A personality, that is willing & able to speak to high level CEO’s, CFO’s, and asset managers all the way through to Maintenance supervisors with respect and purpose. An individual that understands that nothing will ever just come to you without putting in the time, work and effort. A person that understands and celebrates that this is not a 9-5 job.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, cultivate relationships, and build a pipeline of sales opportunities with business owners/property managers/landlords by door knocking & cold calling
• Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers
• Coordinate and execute safe roof inspections to evaluate and scope roof conditions
• Secure account contracts to drive sales
• Manage all sales activity and pipeline utilizing company’s CRM software
• Communicate with clients throughout the entire process
• Know how to overcome common objections
• Understand the insurance claims process
• Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Support and abide by the values of the company
• Understand Reclaim’s role in the insurance claims process
• Understand by Reclaim is special and different from our competitors
• Understand that business will not come to you, you have to go get it

Requirements:

• 2+ years in sales (roofing experience preferred)
• Critical Thinker: intuition to pick up phone, ask why and respond promptly to questions
• Problem Solver: take ownership, resolve and communicate with a team
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have organizational skills
• Must be a team player
• High school diploma or GED
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License
