Toronto home for all things Country! Located in the Toronto entertainment district, the Yale Saloon presents the country experience. You can expect line dancing lessons, mechanical bull riding and boot stompin’ parties!

We are committed to creating fun, memorable experiences for our guests. We are currently looking for a cowboy/cowgirl as a Coat Check Personnel to join the award winning MRG team at The Rock’N’Horse Saloon!

Coat Check Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they enter the property
• Take guests property as required and distribute tickets
• Keep coat check organized at all times
• Ensure supplies are readily available such as tickets, tape, hangers etc
• Inform manager or supervisor of any left behind property or lost items
• Properly handle card transactions through the POS
• Point out where washrooms, ATM’s or other specifics for the property may be (seating locations etc.)
• Effectively communicate with team and offer support as their needs may require
• Ends service by offering a heartfelt thank you and inviting the guest to visit again
• Create Positive Shareable Experiences!

Must-haves:

• Exceptional service skills
• Smart Serve is required
• Ability to be neat and organized
• Effectively communicate orally and in writing
• Commitment to quality guest service and hospitality
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under varying degrees of busyness
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Able to work on the weekends (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) and holidays, including late nights and into the wee hours of the morning

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 15 per week

Salary: $15.50-$20.00 per hour
