Job Description:

Care Team Solutions is excited to announce that we’re seeking multiple Emergency Room RNs to function within the Saratoga Hospital Nursing Professional Practice Model which includes accountability for planning, implementing, evaluating and communicating all phases of nursing care for assigned patients.

Location: Saratoga Springs, NY

Shift: 12 hour shifts. Days or Evenings available.

Position Overview:

Works at the highest level of licensure by providing quality competent care, following best practice standards, working to achieve care goals and quality outcomes, and following the standards of care set by the state board of nursing.

Maintains a safe and clean working environment and complies with policies, procedures and protocols put in place to protect patients and Mission Partners.

Enhances professional growth and development by participating in and utilizing current evidence based information and keeps abreast of state and national accreditation, regulatory and safety standards.

Advocates for patients and their caregivers to positively influence value driven and effective nursing care within the healthcare continuum.

Requirements:

• 2 years of Emergency Room (ER) experience
• BLS, PALS, ACLS
• NYS RN License
