Temerity Management Group Hiring for Account Manager Trainee Full Time

The Account Manager Trainee serves as a trusted liaison and lead consultant on promoting brand awareness and creating a repeat customer base for our clients. The ideal candidate is one who can quickly establish relationships, manage their time effectively, and is focused on driving brand growth. Primary focuses will be on handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing information about our clients products and services.

We are thoughtful in our approach to identifying patient needs and finding better ways to serve them. Thus, the Account Manager Trainee should develop, manage and execute account business plans that consistently deliver results that increase customer acquisition and revenue for our clients.

Responsibilities of the Account Manager Trainee:

• Responds promptly to customer needs to enhance overall satisfaction and experience.
• Educate and generate sales with potential customers within a retail environment.
• Create brand awareness about service promotions and the client.
• Understands how to utilize constructive feedback to provide a higher level of customer service, performance, and efficiency.
• Qualify customers and explain the benefits and features of our client’s services.
• Builds compliant cross-functional collaborative relationships with the management team and retail partners.
• Attend daily team meetings to further improve clientele knowledge and understanding.

Recommended Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience working in customer-facing related roles.
• Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Personable demeanor and genuinely enjoys connecting with others face to face.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
