Project Manager (Multiplex Construction) Full Time

Forward Living Group is a full service property, project & asset management firm specializing in multi-residential real estate.  

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager to oversee multi-residential rental construction projects from design to build to occupancy. The desired candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage competing priorities, and takes ownership of delivering results. 

Responsibilities  

Manage multi-residential rental construction projects from start to finish:

Project Planning and Delivery

• Develop project scope, schedule, budget and execution
• Lead project estimating, tendering and contractor procurement 

Construction Execution

• Coordinate with and oversee trades, consultants and vendors with expert communication
• Conduct site visits, assisting with field issues as required 

Stakeholder Management

• Lead project meetings
• Provide updates on project status, risks and key milestones 
• Ensure all work aligns with company standards and safety requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years project management experience in low rise residential construction
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, consultants, and contractors at once
• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, tenders and contracts
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Blue Beam, AutoCAD
• Thorough understanding of OHSA/Greenbook and building codes (OBC)
• Access to vehicle

• PMP or equivalent designation considered an asset
