Penguin Suits Advertising Agency Hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist Full Time

This is an in house position. Office is located in Boerne Texas. Employees are expected to have experience with social media and Digital Ad Strategy. You will be asked to think strategically and to know how social media fits into a business’ marketing strategy, not just selling, but building long-lasting relationships by providing value to them. You must be able to assist in formulating social media plans and carry them out. You must be able to measure and document the impact of social media, and then suggest action-steps to increase impact. You will need to work with Digital Ad Campaigns and understand and interpret Analytics. This is an in house position that pays between 37,000 – 40,000 Duties include but not limited to:

• Creating Press Releases
• maintaining profiles and pages (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Writing and posting blogs/tweets/updates, etc.
• Tracking the growth and the impact of social media
• Replying to comments, messages, etc.
• Research subjects
• Digital ads manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year
