This role is 100% results based as you will be paid Per Client Acquired with the ability to be converted into a full-time Account Executive role with full benefits. We are willing to train the right person. We have hundreds of clients and potential clients that we work with or have been referred for their future driver needs. We are in search of the right business development sales executive to join our existing client acquisition team that can contact these companies and present them with our value proposition. Must be able to meet client acquisition quotas through the use or our branding tools.

The responsibilities for the Business Development position are as follows:
Conducting Market Research: In this role, the individual will be responsible for researching potential clients who require driver recruitment services.
Generating Leads: Generating leads is a crucial aspect of this position, and the individual should be adept at identifying new clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and email outreach.
Delivering Sales Presentations: The individual should have excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver effective sales pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of the company’s driver recruitment services.
Negotiating Contracts: The role involves negotiating contracts with clients to secure agreements for driver recruitment services.
Building Strong Relationships: Building strong and lasting relationships with clients is critical. The individual should maintain ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction with the company’s services.
Analyzing Market Trends: Analyzing market trends and competitor activities is an essential aspect of this role to identify new business opportunities.
