Job responsibilities –
– Creating marketing materials and sending out to prospective customers
– Entering new listings in proper systems and managing paperwork
– Fielding customer calls
– Keeping paper and electronic files organized and maintained
– Other administrative duties as assigned
– Part-time approximately 20 hours per week
– Options to work 5 four hour days or 3 seven hour days per week. Work hours must be during office hours Monday-Friday.
Qualifications –
– Must have Microsoft Office products experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher
– Must have at least 3 year Administrative Assistant experience
