Mayfield Childcare Limited Hiring for Accounts Payable Officer Full time or Part Time Full Time

Due to our exciting growth, we seek an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our friendly Finance Team.

This opportunity allows the successful candidate to work alongside our existing AP Officer. The role is based in our Malvern East – Head Office, Full-Time or Part-Time (minimum 4 days per week) is available for the right candidate. Remuneration is negotiable based on your experience.

To be successful in this role you will be required to:

– maintain the accounts payable ledger

– ensure supplier invoices are correctly coded and authorised

– process supplier invoices, employee reimbursements, corporate credit cards & weekly payment batches

– liaise with suppliers and internal customers and follow up queries

What we are looking for:

– previous experience in an end to end AP role (at least 3 years)

– bookkeeping or general accounting skills to assist with bank reconciliations, month end journals etc

– have intermediate Excel skills

– ability to multi-task and juggle different priorities and deadlines

– be honest, punctual, reliable, and have a good work ethic

– have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

– with high attention to detail
