**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Data Entry:** Accurately inputting data into our systems to ensure all records are up to date and accessible.
– **Document Management:** Organizing and maintaining important documents and files, both electronically and physically, to enhance efficiency in operations.
– **Communication:** Responding to emails and inquiries in a timely manner, acting as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth information flow.
– **Report Generation:** Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations, which involves gathering data from various sources and summarizing insights.
– **Order Processing:** Handling basic customer orders and queries, ensuring timely processing and resolution to improve customer satisfaction.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
Candidates should have at least a 12th-grade education. Previous experience in a back office or administrative role is a plus but not mandatory. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, are essential. The ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and over the phone, is important. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate good organizational skills, be able to multitask, and perform tasks efficiently without supervision. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a strong work ethic are also expected.
