Elevated Telecom Services Hiring for Office Assistant Full Time

Elevated Telecom Services provides installation, turn-up and testing of telecommunications equipment and devices across Colorado. The Office Assistant’s duties include scheduling project tasks, customer service, and director and field technician support. This position will monitor operations functions daily, including warehouse inventory integrity and control.

Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency are essential. Excellent organizational and communications skills are required.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· General office management.

· Material order processing.

· Customer service to include internal and external customers.

· Regular communication with the field technician teams to ensure they have current information – materials, site access information, client requests, etc.

· Invoicing – ensure all customer billings are completed.

· Inventory Control – ensure that all outgoing and incoming stock is accurately recorded.

Qualifications:

· Education level – High School diploma or GED.

· Experience in an office environment with order processing and warehouse control.

· Specific skills – computer software skills to include strong proficiency with MS-Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
