POSITION SUMMARY
Our rapidly growing company is currently seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of Vice President of Client Relations.

We are looking for someone with impeccable abilities to follow procedures, but you will also be encouraged to improve on procedures as well and think for yourself. We are looking for an individual who believes in punctuality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Enter new client Information

· Manage existing client data

· Email our clients with updates

· Answer multiple line phone system

· Engage with clients and provide with customer service

· Make & confirm appointments

· Tracking cases

· Administrative work – filling out applications, assisting with client needs, maintaining files, etc.

· Generate spreadsheets of assets.

· Promote with clients an interest in giving referrals and overall assisting with lead generation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Able to solve problems w/o constant supervision

· Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Great attitude and customer service focused

· Must work well independently and within a team

· Superb communication skills

· 2-5 years in the financial services industry with some knowledge of annuities.

· CRM knowledge

· Social media knowledge.

STATUS

· Full-Time position
