AutoZone Hiring for Talent Acquisition Operations Manager Full Time

Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager will focus on developing, designing, implementation, tracking success, and making recommendations within the Talent Acquisition function that impact Stores, DCs, and SSC enterprise-wide projects. The TA Ops Manager will create, manage, execute, and communicate various projects to standardize consistent processes, improve team efficiency, expand talent acquisition technology, and ensure a frictionless candidate and customer experience. Projects will be determined based on current and future business needs and will be measured for success through effective communications, analysis of ing, received feedback from those impacted by the project, timely delivery of projects, and overall cost of projects/resources. You will operate as both a systems and process manager responsible for delivering and expanding our talent acquisition processes, tools, systems, and data analytics that enable the recruiting team to scale for AutoZone. The TA Operations Manager will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Director, Field Leadership, Supply Chain Leadership, and SSC Leadership, Recruitment Teams, and vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of key TA processes and projects. This role will be instrumental in compiling Recruiting Results for Senior Leadership including weekly, period, and quarterly data insights and board level narratives on Recruiting Return on Investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Researching cutting edge technologies, recruiting best business practices, and evaluating the TA Tech Stack to recommend new vendors and relentlessly redefine processes. Will conduct analysis assessments and identify gaps in TA technology and process and present findings to the Leadership team.
• Directs, manages, and organizes projects that will work across Stores, DCs, SSC to ensure development, implementation, and overall completion of projects (i.e., IT, Marketing, HRIS, Benefits, Payroll, Legal, etc.)
• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for Talent Acquisition projects and Recruiting Systems and ensure each is optimized for best results
• Partners with HRIS to design and build a TA Dashboard and ing to measure Recruiting Performance, ROI on Recruitment Initiatives, and provide insights to Senior Leadership
• Designing a tailored workflow process to achieve the desired successful delivery against recruitment projects and process efficiencies
• Conduct regular audits on Talent Acquisition processes to determine the effectiveness of recruiting processes, workflows, and ing
• Builds TA Marketing Strategies to enhance the AutoZone Employer Brand and implements Creative media to attract, communicate, and convert interest into candidates
• Utilize data analytics to drive Talent Acquisition decisions, recommendations, and consultation on recruitment processes, vendors, and projects
• Leads continuous process improvement initiatives targeted to enhance candidate and hiring manager experience
• Partner with Recruiting Managers on standardized candidate communication strategies that improve engagement and conversion.
• Talent Acquisition Product Owner of TA software to include: Whatfix for eHire, AutoZone Careers Site, 3rd Party Job Distribution, eHire, and HireVue
• Partners with Analytics team to design, implement, and continually improve Recruiter and Vendor KPI’s
• Partners with Finance team to manage vendor invoicing processes and procedures to create line of sight on expenses dedicated to Stores, DCs, SSC, and Talent Acquisition projects
• Manage one TA Coordinator and serve as coach to the entire Recruiting team on operational best practices.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources Management or equivalent
• 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably within project management or talent acquisition preferred
• Ability to partner at Senior levels to design, implement, communicate programs and solutions
• Experience of effective implementation of recruitment initiatives, tools, and processes
• Experience leading teams responsible for implementing projects or a group of project managers
• Analytical, detail oriented, intuitive/initiative oriented, comfort with ing analysis at Senior levels
• Ability to prioritize workload and excel in managing multiple projects
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the changing needs and priorities of the business
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (must include Excel and PowerPoint)
• Retail experience is a plus
