Confidential Company Hiring for Social Media Marketing Manager Full Time

Industry Leading hospitality management group is searching for a hands-on, experienced, and creative leader to take over and expand our marketing department. The Marketing Manager position creates, implements, and manages all ad campaigns using known tools for the industry, ability to develop online campaigns, and source new ways to promote and engage with potential customers. This role creates and develops marketing programs, websites, social media, SEO, content, and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Work with designated agencies to ensure that websites are optimized using current best practices for SEO.
• Direct, manage or assist in all online/digital marketing areas, including website development and online marketing.
• Conduct and track ongoing email marketing campaigns for various Property business units.
• Utilize current ing from agencies, brands, and Google Analytics to drive improved content and marketing initiatives and decisions.
• Recommend changes and new ing based on changes in technology, CMS, or other areas in conjunction with changing business needs!
• Oversee, develop, and create all social media needed, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others. Continually manage social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram, ensuring imagery and copy are consistent with the identity and positioning of each brand.
• Recommend changes and new ing based on changes in technology, social networks, or other areas in conjunction with changing business needs.
• Develop and implement companywide Public Relations initiatives and programs. Work directly with PR agencies to support the creation of property initiatives that reinforce identity and positioning, with execution promptly.
• Work with the team to create forward-looking identity statements that will be utilized to drive messaging through online, social media, PR, and collateral.
• Work Tirelessly to bring break-thru creative materials, online and offline, to support the vision and goals of the property.
• Create and implement communication (flyers, signs, blasts, etc.)
• Maintains and stores a chronological order of media library and electronic files of all advertising materials by property and activity.
• Use of content management systems (CMSs) to update Property websites.
• Manage online presence with an emphasis on creating unique and engaging content for branded, vanity, and third-party websites.

Qualifications:

• Expert at leveraging data to inform decisions.
• Must have strong knowledge and experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that demands high quality, creativity, and consistency.
• Outstanding organizational skills, adept at prioritizing, multi-tasking, and time management
• Excellent communications skills – both verbal and written – with the ability to align strategies across various departments and teams
• Retail experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,724.39 – $86,697.93 per year
