Okai Inc Hiring for Full time Marketing Director Full Time

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Director of Marketing. This role will directly to the Head of Sales and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ultimately drive pipeline and revenue for the business.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing brand strategy and execution to build awareness and constantly evolve the brand
• Partnering with Product Strategy on alignment in messaging and activities that support the product strategy and marketing roadmap by acting as the voice of the channel & customer.
• Building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL’s) and manage relationships. Overseeing execution of brand initiatives including lifestyle influencer strategy, celebrity engagement, media relations around key selling seasons
• Implimenting strategies and managing media across a range of digital marketing channels including Paid, Social, SEO, PPC, Affiliate and ing success to sales.
• Creating campaigns across Google Ads, and social media to optimize client media spend and maximize returns.
• Managing website merchandising and product discoverability through general site merchandising (Homepage, categories, etc.), navigation/information, architecture, and on-site search optimization.
• Manage Product Information Page (PIP) Content with Product Copy, Product Information/Specs/Installation instructions.
• Managing product launch process from product introduction hand-off to launch execution across all channels.
• Planning and conducting events across all channels of business, with a focus on driving sales and new customer acquisition.
• Aligning closely with the North American business priorities and PR strategy (across all channels of business), working cross-functionally to support local press outreach to support the various initiatives.

Qualifications：

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of previous experience with similar marketing development roles in the consumer business.
• Comprehensive breadth and depth of marketing and communications knowledge and skills, including a good understanding and appreciation of new media and digital communications.
• Demonstrated results in managing multiple marketing channels and CRM strategies to generate response/traffic and sales.
• A proven track record of achievement – delivering results and achieving on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Organized and able to prioritize and manage competing project priorities and deadlines.
• Marketing management experience and capability of working with a diversified team with different cultures.
• Ability to work under pressure and able to manage conflicts and ambiguities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
