Your future role

• Establish a governance strategy that is consistent with the digital solutions under its control in terms of data management
• Establish a diagnosis of the processes linked with business intelligence and implement solutions to improve the BI structure within the company
• Optimize and implement data management solutions using Enterprise Service Bus type tools, notably Web services, SOAP, REST, JMS, etc.
• Promote innovation in data management strategy and establish workflows that are linked to the organization’s vision
• Provide leadership to mobilize teams with the goals of addressing organizational priorities and ensure performance
• Develop training programs that meet the needs of the organization
• Lead the implementation of best practice data management policies and processes

Required skills

• Proficiency with the principles of enterprise data management
• Experience setting up and managing a development team using a middleware and an ESB
• Experience with domain-related languages and concepts — JMS, SOAP, XML, both on premises and cloud
• Influential and mobilizing leadership
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in IT team management
• Strong understanding of the articulation of different data management tools and agility in their deployment
• Results-oriented approach
• Good ability to question
• Bilingualism in French and English
