Primary Purpose

The Mobile Maintenance Clerk will provide administrative support to the maintenance planning section and the maintenance department.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Conuma Coal’s workplace policies and standard work procedures for risk identification, risk assessment and risk control;
• Maintain a high level of Health and Safety performance through effective communication, monitoring and revision of standard work procedures.
• Identification and ing of health and safety risks, accidents, incidents, injuries and property damage at the workplace; and
• Attend and participate in all scheduled health and safety meetings and training.
• Ensure adherence to Conuma Coal’s environmental policy, work standards, management plans and regulatory obligations and requirements;
• Integrate environmental policies, programs, and practices into all activities of the organization; and Maintain environmental awareness amongst workforce by holding meetings and actively participate in planned environmental programs and drills.
• Update information in the various computerized systems.
• Maintains records on the utilization of contractors on site, maintain records to support the various metrics necessary to monitor the performance of the maintenance department.
• Assists in the preparation of maintenance schedules and assembles work-packages to support the schedule.
• Generate work-orders and supporting requisitions as directed.
• Files s. • Work with maintenance planners and reliability engineers to produce operational s.
• Maintain crew rosters and overtime schedule.
• Provides Administrative services to the Maintenance department.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Secondary education – at minimum a one-year program in a relevant discipline.

• Ideally have formal education in office software packages including Excel, MS Access, and Power-point.
• Strong typing skills – more than sixty words per minute.
