Hudson Wren Portraits is Looking for Appointment Coordinator/Phone person Full Time

We are a boutique portrait studio based in Victoria and Vancouver specializing in beautiful, timeless black and white portraits.

We seek an enthusiastic part-time phone person to follow up with potential clients from our marketing efforts.

This position would allow the successful applicant to work from home with flexible hours.

You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to book their photography experience. A successful phone person must be friendly and engaging. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Calling prospective customers (warm leads)
• Use scripts to provide information about the product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits. Create engagement and rapport.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system and take payment
• Go the “extra mile” to start a wonderful experience with the studio
• Keep records of calls and bookings and record helpful information

Duties:

• Schedule luxury photoshoots from warm leads.
• Develop great relationships with your clients over the phone.
• Deliver first-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Advise clients on how to maximize their portrait experience
• Build value and desire by illustrating the studio’s point of difference.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in English

• Patient and able to handle possible customer rejection
• Great personality and can create rapport easily
• Enjoy talking and making phone calls
• Work efficently unsupervised and independently
• Has the ability to read what the person on the call is thinking
• Use your energetic, outgoing and friendly personality to create an unforgettable experience for your clients.
• Must have at least 1 year of telemarking experience.
