Roland Lewis is Top North Vancouver Realtor within Royal LePage Sussex looking for a new team member. We are looking for someone who is a self motivated, ambitious with a professional demeanor. The ability to work both independently and in a team environment is imperative.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the team. An ideal candidate will be mature, detail orientated, self starter with exceptional communication skills with a positive attitude.

• Min 1 Year Experience working as an Executive or Real Estate Assistant
• The ability to take initiative and communicate well with clients, suppliers and other agents

• Be tactful, and have the ability to focus on the priorities of a rapidly changing day.
• Driver’s license and personal vehicle required
• Honest, hardworking, trust worthy and able handle accountability

Preferred Skill Sets:

• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Real Estate brokerage (or agent assistant) experience would be a Great asset.
• Highly Computer literate; ability to use and understand software programs very well.
• Experience using the below platforms would be an asset
• Mailchimp, Paragon, Webforms, Dropbox, Docusign, e-strata hub, Instagram, Facebook, adobe creative suite, MAC IOS
• Regular professional communication with fellow Realtors and clients
• Manage incoming client requests
• Prepare and modify Listing & Sales documents
• Prepare listing and buyer tour packages
• Manage calendars and appointments
• Prepare marketing material – digital and print.
• Correspond with the Brokerage staff to ensure paperwork submission is complete and accurate and provide necessary information to Brokerage for listing upload.
• Arrange 3rd party services for new listings (Photography, Floor Plans, Video)
• Arrange buyer and seller appreciation gifts
• Manage and organize online files via dropbox

Technology & Software

• Familiarity with Apple computers and apple IOS ecosystem
• Paragon MLS & webforms would be an asset but not necessary
• Contact Management System (HUBSPOT)
• Adobe creative suite would be an asset but not necessary
• Social Media Market knowledge is a great asset (not mandatory)

Marketing tasks

• Communicate offers, listings and open houses on various platforms
• Help with event planning throughout the year
• Newsletter and post card – email and print
• Assist in setting up Canada Post mailing and delivery
• Prepare material and packages for open houses, buyer visits and Listing presentation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $49,883.25-$68,305.43 per year
