Duror Fashion Group bv is Looking for Virtual Chat/Phone Assistant Full Time

Responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Answering incoming calls, responding to all questions and enquiries
• Answering and responding to emails & live web chats
• Liaising and building strong relationships with internal and external company stakeholders
• Data entry and processing of jobs/enquiries using inhouse CRM system
• Handle complaint enquiries and escalate where necessary
• General administration duties including set up of new Franchisee’s, client transfers and updating system records where necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.45-$27.80 per hour
