Confidential Hiring for Driver Relation Manager Full Time

We are An Anonymous transportation company based out of Abbotsford. We have a fleet of 200 trucks and 350 trailers which run all over Canada & USA. We are currently looking for an individual to join our team as a Driver Relations Manager at our Abbotsford Office.

Key Responsibilities and Functions

• Driver Recruitment
• Sending Applications to new drivers
• Assisting drivers with issues
• Ensuring all trucks are filled at all times
• Roads Tests for all new drivers
• Coordinating with all departments
• Retaining drivers as needed
• After hour calls is a MUST
• MISC duties as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Class 1 long haul previous experience is a MUST
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a safety & compliance position in a similar role
• Well versed and comfortable with setting up processes and procedures
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Intermediate Excel skills, working with multiple spreadsheets may be required
• Demonstrate strong English oral & written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take the initiative while working collaboratively as part of the team
• Well-developed problem solving and troubleshooting skills with strong analytical abilities,
• Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks within tight timelines
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.

Salary will be determined based on experience.
