Doxim is Looking for Associate Project Quotations Specialist Full Time

The Associate Project Quotations Specialist, Professional Services is responsible for supporting activities involved with proposing solutions, costing, and developing service proposals for all Doxim industry verticals. The role requires a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong communication capabilities, co-ordination and time management skills, and the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will utilize a combination of customer and Doxim Services to achieve quotation/proposal with sales objectives for solutions to customers. Key responsibilities include accurate specification interpretation and development of professional quotations using sound business and technical judgment in alignment with customer policies, modules, and field strategies.

You will:

• Review pricing contracts and ensure the repository (SalesForce) is updated with correct value
• Schedule meetings as required for prioritizing requests, or reviewing solutions to be delivered
• Manage the proposal document, including planning, organising, driving and directing content writing for all workstreams
• Communicate concepts and proposed solutions through diagrams, flowcharts, presentations, and technical writing
• Working with the Sales, Solutions, and Product teams, to detail project (client and internal) scope of work and compile cost and price models for proposed solutions
• Research existing agreements for details relevant to current proposal
• Draft proposals with keen attention to detail
• Help proofread and edit proposal content and value propositions
• Review proposals for format quality, accuracy, consistency and conformance to our firm’s branding policies and standards
• Conform to proposal delivery expectations and promote continuous improvement ideas for on time delivery for proposals
• Present solutions, costing, and pricing to management for approvals
• Follow opportunities through the sales process and keep records of customer interactions using a Customer Relationship Management system (SalesForce)

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, with attention to detail

Great to haves:

• An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
• Project coordination and / or Business Analysis experience is an asset, but not required
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and prioritize activities as part of a team, and stay focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience in client service and thought leadership along with a dynamic and proactive attitude is an asset
