The normal work schedule is on a rotation of 4 weeks: 2 weeks worked (77 hours per week, 7 days a week) followed by 2 weeks of rest.

Future challenges

Reporting to the Surface Services Supervisor, the laborer’s primary responsibilities include:

Perform various manual tasks such as: preparation and installation of flags on roads; support to operators; support to crane operators; water distribution; cleaning of buses; support to airport services;
Cleaning the site (exterior);
Snow removal at the site entrances;
Any other related tasks that the supervisor deems necessary

Able to communicate orally and written in at least two of the following languages: Inuktitut, English or French (trilingual will be considered an asset).
